Simply find a safe and comfortable location where you can log into Zoom, preferably with headphones, close your eyes and relax.  We recommend your head is supported and feet are flat on the floor or resting on something if you're lying down.  

 

Then all you need is an open mind, a willingness to follow directions and the intention to go into the blissful and serene state of Relaxation...

 

We'll start the session chatting about what's going on with you and what you want to achieve.  Then you'll experience the peace and calm of guided relaxation.  We'll end the session with time for any Q&A.
